Scope 1

Procurement and submittals

Furnish and install. We carry the material side of the package so the GC does not chase it: product submittals and samples, shop drawings and layout, mockups, material takeoff and procurement, and stored-materials handling on site.

Installed to the TCNA Handbook method named in the spec, with ANSI A108 installation standards, A118 setting materials, and A137.1 tile standards. The floor is only as good as what is under it, so substrate preparation and flatness come first: self-leveling underlayment and crack-isolation membrane where the slab calls for them.

  • Waterproofing membranes, bonded sheet and liquid: Schluter, LATICRETE, and MAPEI systems
  • Large-format and gauged porcelain tile panels

Maintenance, repair, and restoration

The record above is seventy years long because the work stays in service. Warranty service and callbacks are handled by the same crews that set the floor.
